Corporate Governance eJournal (Bond) |
Established in 2005 by the Bond University Centre for
Commercial Law, the Corporate Governance eJournal (Bond)
is an Australian journal on corporate management law. The eJournal has
an international and comparative law focus. Contributors will discuss
and analyse all aspects of corporate governance law and practice, with
special emphasis on company directors' powers and duties. The eJournal
is published online as each article or note is refereed, accepted for
publication, edited and posted on the web. From time to time, selected
contributions will also be published in monographs.
Writers
retain copyright in their contributions, but they grant the eJournal a
licence to publish their work in electronic and in hard copy format, at
the discretion of the eJournal. The eJournal adopts the Australian
Guide to Legal Citation.
Contributors should submit notes and articles in that format. The
editorial committee urges contributors to adopt a lucid writing style.
The eJournal encourages concise and clear writing so contributions that
exceed 3,000 words in length (including footnotes) will usually not be
accepted.
