Professor Vogelaar Ladies and gentlemen, my taking over the chair from
Professor Ehlermann for this second panel discussion is not a personal
coup, but a pre-agreed and silent take-over of proceedings, in order to
allow my dear friend Claus-Dieter to go out of the room at some point to
catch his train in time. I will now take over the proceedings, thanking you,
Claus-Dieter, already at this stage for what you have done for us, both in

preparation for this conference and during the day. I will try and lead this
large group of people into a panel discussion, whilst at the same time urging
you in the audience to participate in the discussions as well. So, I am inviting
anyone to come forward with any remark, question on the intervention of
each of the others behind the table at this stage, in the first place on what we
have heard in the afternoon, but I would also be willing to take questions
on matters regarding this morning. So to whom can I ...
