About the editors
Anne S.Y. Cheung
Anne S.Y. Cheung is Professor at the Faculty of Law, the University of
Hong Kong. She received her legal education at the University of Hong
Kong, the University of Toronto, the University of London and Stanford
University. Her research interests are freedom of expression, privacy, and
children's rights (including cyberbullying).
Anne is a committee member of the Hong Kong Press Council. She is
one of the principal investigators of the CLIC Project (Community Legal
Information Centre, www.hkclic.org), and a member of the Institute for
Internet and Society, Berlin, Germany. She worked on the Open Net
Initiative (Asia) Project to study online freedom of speech in the form of
blogging in China. Currently, she is working with Privacy International
(UK) to study privacy protection in Hong Kong and China.
Her works have been published in the Harvard Journal of International
Law Online (selected as a Feature Article), International Data Privacy
Law and the Journal of Media Law.

Rolf H. Weber
Rolf H. Weber is Ordinary Professor for Civil, Commercial and European
Law at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. Since 2009, Rolf has been
appointed as Visiting Research Professor at the University of Hong Kong
(HKU). He has been working closely with the Law and Technology
Centre and the Faculty of Law of HKU. His main fields of research are
Internet and information technology law, international business law,
media law, competition law and international financial law.
