Contributors
Johnnie Aseron has had 25 years' experience of research, writing and
working in and with First Nations communities in education, community
development and wellness initiatives. He is currently the International
Indigenous Research Liaison, Oorala Aboriginal Centre, University of
New England, Australia.
Dr Sadeq Z. Bigdeli is a Senior Lecturer at the Te Piringa­Faculty
of Law, University of Waikato, New Zealand. His area of research
is the intersection of trade, development and environmental law and
policy.
Professor Klaus Bosselmann is the Director of the New Zealand Centre
for Environmental Law at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. His
areas of specialisation are international environmental law, sustainability
governance and environmental constitutionalism.
Christopher Chaulk began studying law after conducting English educa-
tion and environmental awareness projects in Albania with the United
States Peace Corps. He has also worked for the NGO Sierra Club and the
chemical trade association American Chemistry Council.
Dr Joel I. Colón-Ríos is Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Victoria
University of Wellington, New Zealand. His areas of research are con-
stitutional and democratic theory, comparative constitutional law, and
Latin American constitutionalism.
Professor Donna Craig is Professor of International, Comparative and
National Environmental Law and Policy at the University of Western
Sydney, Australia. Previously she was the co-director at the Macquarie
University Centre for Environmental law.
Trevor Daya-Winterbottom is Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the
University of Waikato, New Zealand.
