Contributors Won-Mog Choi is a professor of Ewha Law School, Ewha Women's University in Seoul and director of the WTO Law Center, Seoul, South Korea. He was the President of the Korea Society of International Economic Law and is the editor-in-chief of the Korean Journal of International and Comparative Law (Brill). Professor Choi is a member of the Editorial Board of many journals including the Journal of International Economic Law (Oxford), the Law and Development Review, Indian Journal of International Economic Law, Journal of Korea Trade, and the Beijing Law Review. He was a visiting professor or professorial fellow to National University of Singapore, Hong Kong University, University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia and Southwest University of Political Science and Law, China. He received his legal education in South Korea (Seoul National University, LLB and MPA) and the United States (Georgetown Law, LLM and SJD). Prior to joining the faculty of Ewha, he worked for the Foreign Ministry of South Korea as a diplomat and legal officer in charge of numerous trade issues. After joining academia, Won-Mog has provided law and policy advice to most of the trade negotiations in which South Korea has participated so far. He is also the president of Korea ABS forum. He is widely recognized as a renowned columnist in South Korea, regularly contributing columns on the topics of trade and foreign affairs in major newspapers in South Korea.
