Abstract/Description:

Crimes in relation to information and communication technology (ICT), their investigation and prosecution and their ‘shield and sword’ relation to human rights and to digital politics are discussed in this chapter. Particular focus is given to questions of jurisdiction to prescribe and jurisdiction to enforce in cyberspace, and on how internal cooperation in cybercrime matters is designed.
