Abstract/Description:

The Directive was implemented in Danish law in 2002 meeting the Directive’s deadline. The Directive has had a major impact on both legislation and court decisions in Denmark. Regarding the notion of ‘public’ in cases on communication to the public, there still is no case law in Denmark that reflects the latest years’ case law from the Court of Justice of the European Union.
