CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 501S

    (1)     The therapeutic support panel must take into account a harm statement about the behaviour of a child or young person the subject of a referral if the statement is available to the panel.

    (2)     In this section:

"harm statement"—see the Victims of Crimes Act 1994
