CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 538

In this chapter:

"therapy transition plan", for a child or young person—

        (a)     means a plan developed by the director-general for when the child or young person is no longer subject to an intensive therapy order; and

        (b)     may include proposals for ongoing therapy, counselling or other services to assist the child's or young person's transition from being in intensive therapy.
