Regulations for exceptions under Competition and Consumer Act, s 51 or code

Without limiting any other power to make regulations under any other Act, regulations may be made under this Act specifically authorising a specified thing to be done in this jurisdiction and referring expressly to the Competition and Consumer Act

or the Competition Code.
