In this division:

"deferral arrangement"—see section 75AI  (2).

"duty deferral scheme"—see section 75AG (1).

"eligible person", for a duty deferral scheme—see section 75AG (2) (a).

"eligible transaction", for a duty deferral scheme—see section 75AG (2) (b).
