DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES ACT 2004 - SECT 113

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     a copy of a prohibition notice is displayed at a place; and

        (b)     the person removes, alters, damages, defaces or covers the copy while the notice is in force.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
