Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The Minister may, by written notice, impose the further conditions on a licence that are necessary and reasonable for the care and protection of intoxicated people.
(2) A condition takes effect 28 days after the day the licensee is given notice of the condition or, if the notice states a later date of effect, that date.
