LANDS ACQUISITION ACT 1994 - SECT 104AA

In this part:

"internally reviewable decision" means a decision mentioned in section 59 (1), section 61A (2) or section 83 (1).

"reviewable decision" means a decision mentioned in schedule 1, column 3 under a provision of this Act mentioned in column 2 in relation to the decision.
