LANDS ACQUISITION ACT 1994 - SECT 104AC

If the Executive makes a reviewable decision, the Executive must give a reviewable decision notice only to each entity mentioned in schedule 1, column 4 in relation to the decision.

Note     The requirements for reviewable decision notices are prescribed under the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008
