Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) A participant in the LTCS scheme and, if the participant has a work injury, the participant's employer, must comply with any reasonable request made to the participant by a treatment and care assessor in relation to an assessment of the participant's treatment and care needs, including a request to undergo a medical or other examination by a health practitioner.
