LIFETIME CARE AND SUPPORT (CATASTROPHIC INJURIES) ACT 2014 - SECT 84A

    (1)     The LTCS commissioner may determine a LTCS levy relating to motor accident injuries for a contribution period as any of the following:

        (a)     a fixed amount;

        (b)     a percentage of the premium payable for an MAI policy;

        (c)     a combination of a fixed amount and percentage of the premium payable for an MAI policy.

    (2)     A LTCS levy may be determined to differ according to any classification or other criteria for the determination of premiums for MAI policies as provided for by the MAI guidelines.
