LIFETIME CARE AND SUPPORT (CATASTROPHIC INJURIES) ACT 2014 - SECT 85

The required fund contribution for a contribution period must be made by payment to the LTCS commissioner of the LTCS levy by each person to whom an MAI policy is issued during the contribution period.
