Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The chairperson is to preside at all meetings at which the chairperson is present.
(2) If the chairperson is not present at a meeting, the members present are to elect 1 of their number to preside.
(3) The council is to keep minutes of each meeting.
(4) Subject to this division, the council may regulate the conduct of the proceedings at its meetings as it thinks fit.
