Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current ActsA person who uses a regulated radiation source to carry out a diagnostic or therapeutic procedure involving the irradiation of a person (the treated person ) at the request of a health practitioner must ensure that the treated person does not receive a dose of radiation from the procedure that is not in accordance with the request.
Note 1 A failure to comply with this section may be an offence (see s 53).
