Section 18 (1) (b)

substitute

        (b)     the owner or person in charge of premises, an animal product or other thing to take stated action to—

              (i)     decontaminate the premises, product or thing; or

              (ii)     prevent the premises, product or thing contaminating or infecting anything else; or
