BUILDING (SWIMMING POOL SAFETY) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2023 (NO. 46 OF 2023) - SECT 2

    (1)     This Act (other than sections 5, 6 and 29) commences on 1 May 2024.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act

, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     Sections 5, 6 and 29 commence on 1 May 2028.
