COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION ACT 2017 (NO. 7 OF 2017) - SECT 200

In this part:

"commencement day" means the day this Act, section 1C commences.

"repealed Act "means the Commercial Arbitration Act 1986

as in force immediately before the commencement day.
