        (d)     if a performance requirement of the building code is to be complied with by use of an alternative solution under the code, the application must state—

              (i)     the performance requirement; and

              (ii)     the alternative solution; and

              (iii)     each assessment method used to show that the alternative solution complies with the performance requirement.
