CITY RENEWAL AUTHORITY AND SUBURBAN LAND AGENCY ACT 2017 (NO. 12 OF 2017) - SECT 28

    (1)     The Financial Management Act 1996

, section 80 does not apply to the authority.

    (2)     The chief executive officer of the authority is appointed by the chair of the authority board.

    (3)     The authority CEO must be a public servant.

    (4)     The authority CEO is not an authority board member.
