CLINICAL WASTE ACT 1990 (NO. 5 OF 1990) - SECT 10

Return of identity cards

10. A person who ceases to be an inspector shall not, without reasonable excuse, fail to return his or her identity card to the Minister upon ceasing to be an inspector.

Penalty: $100.
