CLINICAL WASTE ACT 1990 (NO. 5 OF 1990) - SECT 30

30. A person shall not conduct the business of transporting clinical waste unless licensed to do so.

Penalty:         (a)     if the offender is a natural person—$1,000 or imprisonment for 6 months, or both; or

        (b)     if the offender is a body corporate—$5,000.
