HOTEL SCHOOL ACT 1996 (NO. 72 OF 1996) - SECT 44

44. A reference to the Director, or Dean, under the CIT Act in—

        (a)     any other enactment or a subordinate law; or

        (b)     any instrument or document;

shall, except in relation to a matter that occurred before the separation day, be read as a reference to the Board.
