LIQUOR ACT 2010 (NO. 35 OF 2010) - SECT 19

In this Act:

"off licence" means a licence that authorises the licensee to sell liquor—

        (a)     at a single licensed premises; and

        (b)     in sealed containers for consumption off the premises; and

        (c)     at the licensed times.
