LIQUOR (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 3) 1997 (NO. 56 OF 1997) - SECT 8

Repeals and amendment

8. (1) The Liquor (Amendment) Act 1996 and the Liquor (Amendment) Act (No. 2) 1997 are repealed.

(2) Section 5 of the Liquor (Amendment) Act 1997 is repealed.
