(1) Notwithstanding the amendments of the Principal Act effected by this Act, the Principal Act as in force immediately before the commencement date continues to apply in relation to any proceeding which the Appeals Board has completely heard but for which no decision has been given until such time as the Appeals Board gives its decision.
(2) The Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1989 applies in relation to a decision referred to in subsection (1) as if the decision were a decision of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
