(1) A child born to a woman while she is married is presumed to be a child of the woman and her husband.
(2) A child born to a woman within 44 weeks after the death of her husband is presumed to be the child of the woman and her husband who died.
(3) A child born to a woman within 44 weeks after the annulment of her purported marriage is presumed to be the child of the woman and her purported husband.
(4) A child born to a woman after the dissolution of her marriage, but within 44 weeks after she last separated from her husband in that marriage, is presumed to be the child of the woman and her husband in that marriage.
