PUBLICATIONS CONTROL (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 62 OF 1994) - SECT 37

37. Section 39 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subparagraphs (b) (i) and (ii) and substituting the following subparagraphs:

    “(i)     in the case of a body corporate—$5,000; and

              (ii)     in the case of an individual—$1,000.”.
