PERIODIC DETENTION ACT 1995 (NO. 3 OF 1995) - SECT 12

12. In this Division—“drug” means—

        (a)     a substance specified in Schedule 1 to the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Act 1977 ; or

        (b)     a substance that is specified in Schedule 1 or 2 to the Drugs of Dependence Regulations.
