Section 39, definition of designated group

substitute

"designated group " means a group of any of the following people:

        (a)     an Aboriginal person or Torres Strait Islander;

        (b)     a person who has migrated to Australia and whose first language is a language other than English;

        (c)     a child of a person mentioned in paragraph (b);

        (d)     a person who has a disability.
