Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) An authorised person must not remain at premises entered under this part if the authorised person does not produce his or her identity card when asked by the occupier.
(2) A police officer must not remain at premises entered under this part if the officer does not produce evidence that the officer is a police officer when asked by the occupier.
