RATES AND LAND TAX (AMENDMENT) ACT 1989 (NO. 10 OF 1989) - SECT 8

Sale of land for non-payment of rates

8. Section 19 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1) “and any interest payable in respect of those rates” after “rates”.
