TERRITORY OWNED CORPORATIONS ACT 1990 (NO. 53 OF 1990) - SECT 12

12. A person is not eligible to be appointed as director of a Territory owned corporation or a subsidiary unless, in the opinion of the voting shareholders, he or she has the expertise or skills necessary to assist the corporation to achieve its principal objective.
