An Ordinance to amend the Seat of Government (Administration) Ordinance 1930

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Seat of Government (Administration) (Amendment) Ordinance 1987.¹

Administration of Ordinances

2. Section 10 of the Seat of Government (Administration) Ordinance 1930² is amended by omitting from subsection (1) “Minister of State for the Arts, Sport, the Environment, Tourism and Territories” and substituting “Minister or Ministers administering the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910”.
