Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(2) The register of adoptions kept by the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages under paragraph 56 (a) of the Adoption of Children Act 1965 before the commencement of section 3 of the Adoption Act 1993 is to be taken to form part of the register of adoptions kept under subregulation (1).
(3) The Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages shall keep an index of the entries in the register of adoptions.
