DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD TRANSPORT) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2024 (NO 1) (NO 5 OF 2024) - REG 5

substitute

        (a)     if—

              (i)     the goods are not of UN division 6.2 (infectious substances); and

              (ii)     the goods are assigned to a class or division stated in the ADG code

, table 1.1.1.2; and

              (iii)     the goods are in a consignment; and

              (iv)     the aggregate quantity of the goods in the consignment is not more than the quantity stated in the ADG code

, table 1.1.1.2 for the goods; or
