    (1)     In this regulation:

"noise standard", for a noise zone, means the noise standard mentioned in the following provisions for the relevant zone and time:

        (a)     for a zone other than zones B1 and C1—schedule 2, table 2.2, column 3 or column 4;

        (b)     for zone B1—schedule 2, table 2.2A, column 3 or column 4;

        (c)     for zone C1—schedule 2, table 2.2B, column 3 or column 4.
