ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION REGULATIONS (NO. 36 OF 1997) - REG 34

34. (1) For the purposes of this Part and Schedules 3 and 4, the environmental values of a waterway are the environmental values specified in Part C2, Water Use and Catchment Policies, of the Territory Plan in respect of the waterway.

(2) The following are examples of those environmental values:

        (a)     Domestic Water Quality (DOM1/2/3);

        (b)     Primary and Secondary Contact Recreation (REC/1 & REC/2);

        (c)     Waterscape (VIEW);

        (d)     Agricultural Uses (STOCK).
