ARTIFICIAL CONCEPTION ACT 1985 (REPEALED) - SECT 27
Impersonation of birth parents
A person must not impersonate or falsely represent himself or herself to be a
birth parent for or in relation to an application for a parentage order.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units, imprisonment for 2 years or both.
