GUNGAHLIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT 1996 NO 38 (REPEALED) - SECT 16

Chairperson and deputy chairperson

The Minister shall appoint from the members—

        (a)     a chairperson; and

        (b)     a deputy chairperson;

of the authority.
