ROADS AND PUBLIC PLACES ACT 1937 (REPEALED) - SECT 2B

Application of Act to Territory

    (1)     The following sections do not bind the Territory:

              •     section 6 (Drains for surface water)

              •     section 7 (Damage to or interference with public places and property on them).

    (2)     This section has effect despite the Legislation Act 2001

, section 121 (Binding effect of Acts).
