Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

TENANCY TRIBUNAL ACT 1994 NO 64 (REPEALED) - SECT 62

    (1)         The tribunal consists of—

        (a)     the president; and

        (b)     the deputy presidents; and

        (b)     the non-presidential members.

    (2)         The members of the tribunal are to be appointed by the Executive.
