Australian Capital Territory Repealed Regulations Australian Capital Territory Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) Application for search inspection or supply of any certificate or certified document or return shall be in writing signed by the applicant.
(2) If it is necessary to obtain the permission of the registrar to inspect a document, there shall be included in the application for inspection or supply of that document or a part of it a statement of the reason why inspection or supply of the document or part is desired.
