CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES REGULATIONS 1945 (REPEALED) - REG 25

Entry in register of bonds issued

Every bond shall be entered in the register of bonds to be kept as prescribed in regulation 16, and the entry in the register shall be made within a reasonable time after the date of the bond.
