CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES REGULATIONS 1945 (REPEALED) - REG 27

Any society that fails to keep, in relation to its operations, any of the registers, books or other documents prescribed by these regulations commits an offence.

Maximum penalty: $100 and $10 per day for every day the offence continues.
